“Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”

“This is a great hotel! The room was very clean, really nice towels and the staff was super friendly. Parking was convenient. I had a dog and they put me by the door so I could let him out easily. I didn't use the pool but that area looked clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”
